| IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION (please read carefully) This is an air and land package sold through Gate-1 Travel via WeeBee Travel. The air portion that is included departs only from New York with a maximum of one connection. Airfare or transportation to New York is not included in your package price, but we would be happy to help you with booking flights. Airfare taxes of approximately $165.00 per person is additional and required with final balance. Departure from the US is on May 2, 2007 however the actual arrival date in Brazil due to the time difference is May 3rd. Return flight is same day. Optional Tours to various attractions and sites within Rio de Janeiro will be offered separately prior to travel. Tour prices are not included in package price. The package does not include a meal plan, but the hotel offers a continental breakfast. The package is priced based on double occupancy. If you would like to price the package based on 3 in a room you must contact us directly. Maximum occupancy in any room is 3 people. Please contact us for child rates. If you would like to purchase this package without airfare, you may do so at the rate of $479 per person, double occupancy. Mature chaperones and group coordinator(s) will be present during this trip. Cancellation policy is as follows: $100 per person prior to 90 days before departure; $300 per person, 89-61 days prior; $750 per person, 60-31 days prior; and Full Penalty less than 30 days prior. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR BRAZIL FOR U.S. CITIZENS: A valid U.S. Passport is required of all US Citizens visiting Brazil. In addition to a passport, each person is required to obtain a Tourist Visa. A Visa is available through a valid jurisdictional office. You may visit http://www.braziltourism.org/visas.html to find out more information and obtain instructions. If you would like our help in getting you the required forms, please let us know. The Visa cannot be obtained more than 90 days from last date of travel to Brazil. So it's best to purchase the Visa about 60 days prior to your visit. Vaccinations are not required of US Citizens.
