Important Booking Conditions:  Pricing and availability are subject to change.  Due to
the type of accommodations we are reserving, we cannot refund your initial deposit, unless
someone else takes over your reservation, or unless we find a replacement.  If a
replacement is found, a refund will be given, less a cancellation penalty of $25.00 per
person (or a penalty of $100.00 if renting a villa).  No refunds will be given after March 31st
deadline and final payment is made, as all houses will be paid for in full.  Those requesting
a single/ private room must pay the full cost of the room (or double the rate above).  
Children 8 and under stay free in their parents' room, as long as there are 2 paying adults
or the room is paid in full ($500.00), AND as long as the occupancy limit is not exceeded.
Maximum children allowed are 2.  Occupancy limits cannot exceed Florida State law and
Villa Management policy.  Rollaway beds are available for rent for $50.  Prices for Villa
Rentals and Room Rentals include all taxes and fees.  Rates DO NOT include theme park
tickets, airfare or transfers / transportation.  A VILLA RENTAL must be paid for in full, even
if not all bedrooms are occupied.  Changing from a Room Rental reservation to a Villa
Reservation is not allowed.  Doing so is considered a cancellation, and will be treated as
such, along with penalty.   Villa Rentals should be requested by ONE person, and this
person will act as the "House Captain" or leader of the home and its occupants.   This
person should indicate who the group members are that are staying in his / her home on
their registration form.  This group trip is a private event.  Those attending must meet the
criteria as set out in our  REQUIREMENTS page as with all group trips offered on this site.
